I would like to update you on the COVID-19 pandemic – as a result of the serious impact this pandemic could have on our residents, should they become infected, we have decided to keep Jackman’s Lodge locked down for a further two weeks, taking us to Friday 10th April.

We understand how upsetting this may be, but please rest assured your loved ones are being cared for with the utmost sensitivity whilst adhering to government advice and the stringent measures of infection control.

If you would like to call us here at Jackman’s Lodge and speak to your relative or friend, please do so after 10.30am – we will be happy to take the mobile telephone to them so you can chat.

We are also introducing FaceTime with relatives and friends, so if you would like to FaceTime, please ensure that we have the following information:

– Contact details
– Date you would like to FaceTime / WhatsApp
– Time you would like to FaceTime / WhatsApp

We will try and accommodate your preferences and confirm as soon as possible.
